About Us

Welcome to BountiBowl

Upon opening Tomo Sushi on Nassau Street, Tomo has grown to become one of Princeton’s favorite sushi and Japanese take out establishments for the university students and locals alike. Continue the legacy that is built in this town, Tomo is pleased to announce a new culinary trend to the town of Princeton and its residents. Graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, along with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University, Chef Tom Wu has experience working in many different culinary establishments around the Tri-State area and has decided to return to his hometown of Princeton to continue his father’s legacy to introduce BountiBowl.

This young Princeton Tiger introduces a new “build your own” bowl style cuisine with BountiBowl, offering everchanging flavors inspired by worldwide cuisines and countless savory bowl combinations such as our Mediterranean-influenced Greek Chicken Bowl served with Roasted Chicken and topped with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Feta Cheese, Corn Salsa, and Avocado. Drizzled with our house-made Tzatziki Sauce and garnished with Pita Chips.

Along with our savory options, BountiBowl introduces an unique and customizable Taiwanese-inspired shaved fruit ice dessert; starts with finely shaved flakes from our natural frozen juice block, then topped with fresh fruit and various toppings, and finished off with a coat of our homemade fruit syrup. A refreshing, cooling dessert to perfectly pair with our savory bowls.

Partnering up with another Princeton Tiger, who owns and operates a “Pick Your Own” farm stand (Two Lazy Farmers) in Cranbury, NJ, BountiBowl offers fresh, locally sourced produce to their patrons. Tasteful, Mindful, and Heartful are the core values which BountiBowl brings to each and every bowl we serve to our customers.

We hope you have a BountiBowl day!
